Burgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne

The Bürgenstock Resort is an incredible development project taking place on the shoulders of Bürgenberg, a breathtaking alpine cliff, 500 meters above Lake Lucerne. Opened in 1873, Bürgenstock Resort hosted numerous personalities who visited to enjoy the miraculous hideaway and to marvel at the technical wonders of the funicular railway and the Hammetschwand, Europe’s largest outdoor lift.
